Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You may not receive a refund for your returns if :
- The goods have been used or worn, other than to "try on" the items.
- If the goods are of an intimate or sanitary nature (underwear and nightwear) and have been tried on.
- If the product packaging is damaged or missing
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be processed by us within 3 working days. There may be further days before the processed credit appears on your credit card or account. That delay is outside of our control.
If a refund doesn’t appear, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within a few working days after the three working days in which we would have processed your credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
